DX system

The methods and concepts behind web marketing and digital transformation (DX) are essentially the same.
In web marketing, too, the most important thing is to re-examine your own services.
After that, we formulate a hypothesis and consider the needs for the product or service.

Following this line of thinking, some of our clients have shifted the positioning of their products and services to create a unique market share that doesn't overlap with competitors.
It took time, but they have researched true customer needs and are making efforts to improve the value of their products and services accordingly.

This is a phrase I hear often from various companies: the environment surrounding our company is changing dramatically.
Corporate performance is also deteriorating, but the company president says, "Our company can't change. We're aging, we can't take on new challenges, and our employees don't want to."

These companies are becoming unable to adapt to the changing environment surrounding them.
You can probably guess what happened next.

People don't want change; in fact, they tend to be overly averse to it.
The only thing that can change you is your mindset. It costs nothing. Changing employees' mindsets is the job of the CEO and executives within a company. In this era, only companies that can promote this change in mindset will survive.

There are also advantages for companies; they don't need to have their headquarters in a prime location, and they don't have to pay for commuting expenses.
*In California, USA, department stores and other businesses withdrew from central office districts in the past (before the pandemic). Restaurants and retail stores also went bankrupt or closed down.
Real estate agents also seem to be having a tough time.
*Japan will likely face a similar situation in the near future. America is currently in a position where it was said to be three years ahead of Japan, but the pace of change is accelerating even further these days.

In today's inflationary environment, traditional corporate financial methods used during deflation are no longer effective, as the value of cash has decreased.
Even now, most companies still operate under the old-fashioned principle of prioritizing only the lowest price, but by 2026, that way of thinking is beginning to crumble.

Furthermore, the economy is rapidly globalizing, and there are ideologies that refuse to acknowledge even this, but that is nonsense.
Going forward, the philosophy behind a company's management will be crucial.
