DX System Essential Requirements BSLG: DX System Development, Sales, and Support

DX System Requirements

DX System Requirements Business Logic Japan Co., Ltd. (BSLG), a DX system development company, is an IT company that provides total support for DX systems, from development to implementation, configuration, and support, all remotely.

DX is merely a way of thinking, a way of thinking about how to differentiate yourself from other companies and build a competitive advantage in the business field.
The DX system is the embodiment of how to build that competitive advantage. The reality is that differentiation cannot be achieved by using the same tools as other companies.

At BSLG, we provide training on DX (Digital Transformation) methods and approaches as DX consultants.

DX Inquiry

DX (Digital Transformation)

Digital transformation (DX) refers to the integration of digital technologies into various aspects of a company or organization. DX encompasses overall business processes, customer experience through DX, and the operation of all internal business processes. In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, companies must adapt and evolve to keep pace with the latest digital innovations. Companies need to embrace the advancement of a digital culture and create an environment for continuous improvement, reform, and IT innovation. With DX, companies can increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. DX is a crucial concept that offers numerous benefits to businesses. Understanding the concept of DX is essential whether a company is looking to improve its business or simply wants to deepen its understanding of digital transformation.

DX Promotion Consultant BSLG

The mindset of people (employees) who resist change and hinder digital transformation.

Companies undertaking DX (Digital Transformation) are not only dealing with rival companies; the most difficult issue is winning over the hearts of their employees.

DX is a system based on change. It involves reading the changes of the times (economic trends, consumer trends, etc.) and building a new business model for one's own company. However, a major obstacle to this process, even for companies worldwide, is the mindset of employees and executives.
People dislike change, and it's mentally easier to continue doing things the same way at work. Many people within companies resist change, and some even become anxious about their position within the company amidst rationalization efforts.
For business leaders, clearly outlining the milestones of how society, the economy, and work styles will change in the future is a crucial turning point in determining whether or not employees can unite and tackle digital transformation (DX).

Changing employees' mindsets may be difficult to achieve solely from within the company. I believe most cases fall into this category, where companies have spent large sums of money on major consulting firms, only to fail.
Rather than focusing on high costs, you should choose a consultant who won't make mistakes. For such DX (Digital Transformation) consulting, please contact our company.

Utilizing BI tools in a DX (Digital Transformation) mindset (BI: Business Intelligence)

By utilizing BI tools, small and medium-sized enterprises can quickly identify and address the problems they face.

Furthermore, it becomes possible to visualize the value assessment of your services from a customer's perspective using graphs and regional data. This makes it easier to conduct analysis from your company's unique viewpoint.

The PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle is a long-standing management and operational improvement method, but it is also an essential action method when restructuring a business through digital transformation (DX).

The process involves planning, doing, checking, and taking action (improvement/business cycle). The key is how easily and quickly analysis and methodologies can be implemented within this framework, and how effectively one can analyze their own company's logical methods.

Traditional financial methods and techniques may have a time lag in modern times. By the time the analysis is complete, the business may already be struggling, or other companies may have cut their losses and are just trying to catch up.

Unlike in the past, modern BI technology is inexpensive and can be implemented easily.

Our company also provides BI tool consulting services, from implementation to support.

We offer a comprehensive tool that handles everything from DX thinking to analysis.
