What is DX?

Businesses are adapting to changing customer values.

DX refers to "companies leveraging digital technologies to transform their operations, organization, processes, and corporate culture in order to respond to rapid changes in the business environment and enhance their competitiveness so that they can thrive in the new digital age."
Furthermore, this DX thinking method and approach could be described as a way of thinking about how to respond to the environment surrounding a company and transforming it into a sustainable business (a sustainable company).

I believe that the starting point for DX thinking and a DX mindset is to re-examine your own company's products and services.
I believe the same principle applies to web marketing.

Re-examining our own products and services, and the needs of our actual customers who use them, is crucial. This helps us identify true customer needs, determine what our products and services truly are, and understand how they should be. Customer needs are the source from which we create truly valuable products and services.
We must objectively acknowledge future changes in the business environment (such as population decline and climate change) and envision what the ideal future should look like.
We can recognize the importance of understanding what kind of services meet customer needs and providing them to our customers.

It is important to consider whether web marketing and digital technologies are feasible as sales methods, and to enhance the competitiveness of your company and products.

We also provide the necessary IT technology to implement it.
